MANPOWER AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

I. Manpower Pooling Services

Access to a registry of "ready–to–go" workers: advertising and media support services for volume requirements; support facilities for regional manpower sourcing.

II. Rigid Pre-Screening and Interview of Qualified Applicants

Evaluation of documentary requirements; personal interview of applicants to gauge work aptitude and communication skills testing through appropriate government and private trade centers (cost are paid directly to testing center).

III. Medical Examination of Selected Applicants

Complete physical check-up including AIDS test through recognized / accredited medical clinics.

IV. Processing of Workers Travel Documents and other Arrangement

Passporting and visa acquisition within time frame specified by the client, ticketing and travel arrangements within financial stipulations of the client airport assistance and escort services.

V. Comprehensive Pre-Departure Orientation Programs

Briefing sessions on host country laws and basic regulations; instructional on travel and airport rules.

VI. Welfare and Non-Placement Assistance

Liaison services between worker and family/beneficiaries; legal assistance; repatriation arrangement if necessary.

 

OUR BUSINESS DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

A client who would to avail of the offered services has to sign a Special Power of Attorney and submit the documents stated below:

  • Job Order/Manpower demand letter / Manpower requisition
    Itemizing the number and categories of workers needed qualification standards, compensation and testing procedures.

  • A Model Employment Contract
    Containing the minimum standards required under the provisions of Philippine Labor Code. The Client may also be required to submit a work permit or visa assurance of workers and other documents, required by POEA.

  • Commercial Business Registration
