SRA Vocational Training Center, officially accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines, is the official training arm of MOMMS. SRA Vocational is committed to making sure that the workers deployed by MOMMS have the skills and are prepared physically, mentally and emotionally to handle the rigors of working abroad.

SRA Vocational offers numerous technical skill courses such as welding, and caregiver training. Our clients would attest that the workers deployed by MOMMS who graduated from SRA Vocational have gone on to perform at a high level, greatly contributing to the efficiency of their business.

However, we acknowledge that it does not only take good skills to succeed at the workplace. Several personal skills such as working in a team and cultural acclimation to a work environment, especially one that is apart from your country of origin, are things that SRA Vocational addresses as well. This is why it also offers personal development courses such as value formation and stress and anger management, and culture acclimation courses like Japanese Language.

It is SRA Vocational’s aim that workers deployed by MOMMS are fit on all aspects to meet the requirements of principals from anywhere in the world.

 

SRA Vocational Courses has already established itself as one of the Philippines’ first vocational training centers that boast effective welder training courses and welder assessment services aimed at preparing our students for a high level of performance if deployed abroad.

SRA Vocational currently offers SMAW, GMAW and TIG training courses and assists its graduates in securing employment abroad. Our welder training facilities have constantly been praised by TESDA and our capacity for students has constantly been growing through the years.

Stars and Rainbow Academy was conceived in response to the dream of its founder, CAPT. ROSENDO C. HERRERA, who himself is a man spelling out success in the many endeavors he ventured. A noble intention to serve others and to help them find their path leading to a successful life has been his inspiration.

It has been the dream of Capt. Herrera to make a difference in the lives of people, though he had countless opportunities in helping others in various forms and capacities, he continues to think of things that would make life better for others.

It is indeed unthinkable that Capt. Herrera, a seasoned Ship Captain and a successful businessman for over 30 years now, specifically in the field of maritime industry, will venture into an endeavor that is entirely off-tangent from his profession and his line of business among others.

The dream of putting up a school with the goal in mind to help the people acquire better education, and more importantly to produce graduates that are disciplined, intelligent and successful individuals someday, has become the potent force to inspire him to put up a school.

Armed with the desire to let the school grow, Capt. and Mrs. Herrera wasted no time and continue to consult with their close family friends who are educators from prestigious schools.

And STARS AND RAINBOW ACADEMY was born.

Today, Stars and Rainbow Academy does not only cater to Pre-school and Elementary school children, it has expanded and opened

Vocational, Technical and Language Courses to help individuals realized their dreams as well. At present Stars and Rainbow Academy continues to grow and has started to carve its own name in the field of the academe.

Stars and Rainbow Academy is under the umbrella of RECRAA International and ORIENTAL SHIPMANAGEMENT CO. INC., owned and managed by Capt. Rosendo C. Herrera.
